We use UPS-Ground or USPS-Firsts Class depending on your location. Your order is processed and shipped the next business day, if your order is placed on Friday it will ship on the coming Monday. We do not ship or process orders on Holidays where all offices are closed, please be mindful of any upcoming holidays that may delay the order. If you wish to upgrade your shipping please email us immediately after placing your order to info@mgystudio.com with subject line "SHIPPING UPGRADE-ORDER NUMBER". We recommend you download the Shop App to receive up to date notifications about your order. 

International Shipping is offered, please enter correctly all information required including a phone number. We process a 10% handling fee for all documentation needed to process your order plus your shipping cost. We are not responsible for duty taxes or any other fees required by customs. We are not responsible for lost items during transit.
